If the other side will not settle, they know that we are prepared to fight effectively and hard for our client. Therefore, our attorneys have substantial in-court and trial experience. In fact, our recruiting of new attorneys focuses on candidates who have the skills to aggressively handle a trial if a satisfactory settlement is not possible.
Our clients deal with only one attorney
We believe that every client is entitled to have the primary representation of a single attorney who knows all about the case and is consistently available to the client. Although complex litigation matters often require the services of more than one of our attorneys, we do not "shuttle" our clients from one attorney to another. Whether a particular case is principally handled by a partner or an associate, our client is assured of high quality service and efficient teamwork.
Plaintiff or defense firm? You do not have to choose--we do both
Most law firms either represent plaintiffs or defendants. We know that trial and litigation attorneys have to have experience on both sides. Within ethical limits, we represent plaintiffs or defendants in the various areas of our practice.
For example, although we have litigated on behalf of numerous injured victims in personal injury cases, we also have represented corporations and insurance companies in defense of such claims. This diversity in cases is invaluable experience in providing the optimal representation for our clients.
