Mr. Weiss practices in the areas of personal injury law, criminal defense, and civil
rights litigation. Mr. Weiss practices in medical and other professional malpractice, property
damage, and toxic torts. Mr. Weiss maintains an active civil rights law practice. Mr. Weiss
has represented clients whose civil rights have been violated in both state and federal courts.
In his criminal law practice, Mr. Weiss has represented clients in all southern Arizona
courts, including the Pima County Superior Court and the United States District Court for the
District of Arizona. Mr. Weiss is a former Deputy Pima County Attorney. Mr. Weiss has
represented clients charged with a wide array of crimes, ranging from first-degree murder to
federal anti-trust violations.
